The staff truly made the difference during my business trip. Their kindness and willingness to help truly elevated my experience. the breakfast spread was diverse and well-presented. the fresh juice options were a great addition as well. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect for me as it offered close proximity to my business meetings.

There were a few areas of improvement needed. the maintenance could have been better as the drainage in my bathroom was reported but never attended to.

The facilities were a letdown as gym equipment was not operational with no towels or water, and the rooms were small with no shower curtains, leading to water spilling into the whole bathroom. The overall cleanliness was questionable, and the mosquito-infested lobby, restaurant, and guest room were unacceptable.
